Students in schools and colleges across the country face several social and anxiety disorders. Being from one of the foremost Tech schools in the country, we are working towards a technological solution to this problem. The solution would be to build a tool that would better equip students to counter their anxieties. More specifically, our group is focussing on public speaking, test taking and interview taking skills among students. We plan to design a tool, incorporating technologies like the Oculus Rift, Thalmic Myo and the Leap Motion, that simulates a virtual environment of the physical settings. This would enable students to practice these skills and improve upon them at their own convenience.
